Gizzard Fest 2025 – MO’s Bootleggers

Gizzards—do you love ’em or hate ’em? We’ll be cooking and frying up gizzards in an array of batters, breadings and seasonings including our locally famous PARK SAUCE!
There will be side dishes and fixings to make a full meal. (And, of course we keep getting more ideas 😜 Make sure to come hungry 🤤)
Serving starts at 2 pm; available until gone!
Meat (& Boots attire) paddles 5 pm
We will have live music with everyone’s hometown favorite: Bryce Bird from 6-10 pm
